Our Stainless Steel Precision Trough For Close-tolerance tubing:

If you are adding extrusion lines to your shop, or if your existing cooling troughs are getting outdated, you need the only precision trough that comes complete with MicroCenter, MicroFlow, MicroLevel, VacuWipe, and more. Our standard size troughs are 4 and 7 feet.

MicroCenter: Improve roundness and save startup time by easily aligning your water trough's weir opening up or down, left or right, and closer or further from your extruder die, all with the turn of the appropriate micrometer. Easily string-up the extrusion line through a large 0.470" opening, and then adjust to the appropriate opening size (as small as .030").

MicroFlow: Deliver cold water near your weir opening, where it's needed most. Tiny droplets of water seep into your water trough over a large surface area, with virtually no water turbulence.

MicroLevel: Adjust your water level within 0.001" to prevent deformations caused by excess water weight. Remove the warmest water at the furthest point from your weir opening.


	VacuWipe: Quietly suction water from your product while stabilizing it for accurate gauging. Your air compressor will run less often, and airline impurities will never contact your product. Included with the trough. You also can substitute your VacuWipe or use in combination with a Huestis Air-Wipe.


	New and improved hold-down system: Adjustable Teflon hold-down rollers control product submersion. Each hold-down roller is easily secured in place at the desired position of your tubing path.


	Precision linear bearings: Precision bearings facilitate trough movements to and from your extrusion die, with linear adjustments of 12", and an adjustable stop for repeatable positioning.
