Our Patented MicroCenter Design Eliminates Tubing Ovality!
Improve roundness and save startup time by easily aligning your water trough's weir opening up/down, left/right, or closer/further from your extruder die, all with the turn of the appropriate micrometer. Very precise and repeatable adjustments of 0.001" ensure that weir-to-die alignment will never again delay extrusion operations.
Adjustable Weir Opening. The included stainless steel iris allows you to easily string up the extrusion line while using a large 0.470" opening, and then adjust to the appropriate opening size (as small as .030"). Larger iris sizes are available upon request.
Secure Installation.
For typical slide-in applications as pictured above, MicroCenter is held secure with four stainless steel ball-springs that depress during installation. For other applications, MicroCenter is pre-drilled to fit your trough's existing bolt-hole pattern.

Each MicroCenter transparent poly carbonate plate is manufactured to order in our precision CNC machine shop. Many sizes and mounting configurations including bolt on patterns are available to suit your needs.
